Office Cleaning Services in Los Angeles

Two things in an office tell people whether it is clean. The restroom and the break room. Everything else is dusting.

We clean offices across Los Angeles after your team has gone home, or before they arrive. Desks and workstations, meeting rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and reception. Same scope every visit, written down, so you are not managing it.

We do not move your papers

This is the thing office managers actually worry about, so here is the rule.

We clean around your team’s things, not through them. Papers stay where they are. Files are not stacked. Notebooks, laptops, and personal items are not moved or tidied. Nothing gets thrown away that is not in a waste bin.

Monitors get dusted. Desk surfaces get wiped where they are clear. Keyboards, mice, and phone handsets get wiped down, since those are the three dirtiest objects in most offices and nobody ever cleans them.

If your team leaves desks clear at the end of the day, tell us and we will wipe the full surface. If they do not, we work around what is there.

Confidential documents. In law firms, medical practices, and finance offices, papers on desks are not just clutter. Our cleaners are background-checked and trained not to move, read, or bin anything on a desk. If your office has a clean-desk policy or locked storage, we work with it.

If anything specific should never be touched, put it in the written scope and it becomes part of the job.

We work when the office is empty

After hours. Most of our office work happens in the evening once the last person has left. No vacuum running through a call, and no cleaner waiting for a meeting room to free up.

Early morning. Some clients prefer the office cleaned just before the day starts, so it is fresh at 8am rather than at 7pm the night before.

Weekends. For offices that empty completely, a weekend visit means we can move furniture, do floors properly, and get to the things a weekday slot does not allow.

How often. Most offices land on two or three visits a week. Restrooms and break rooms are the parts that cannot wait, so if budget is tight, the sensible move is a full clean twice a week with restrooms and the kitchen done more often rather than one thorough clean weekly.

Hybrid offices. If your team is in Tuesday to Thursday, you do not need Monday and Friday cleaning. Tell us your pattern and we will build the schedule around the days people are actually there.

How it works

1. Walkthrough

We walk the office with you after hours or during a quiet period. Square footage, number of restrooms, desk count, floor types, and how many people use the space.

2. Written scope and price

You get a written list of every task and how often it happens, with one price per visit. That document is what you hold us to.

3. Scheduled cleaning

We work to the scope on the agreed days, outside your hours. Anything broken, running low, or needing repair gets reported to you the same day.

Keys, alarms, and after-hours access

Cleaning an empty office means holding keys or codes to your building. That deserves a straight answer.

Every cleaner is background-checked and trained before working alone, and the whole team is covered by our liability insurance.

We work with keys, alarm codes, fobs, and building security sign-in. If your alarm has to be set in a certain order, or your building requires contractors to sign in at a front desk, tell us once and it goes in the written scope.

How pricing works

One price per visit, set from the walkthrough.

Offices vary more than their square footage suggests. Twenty desks in an open room is a different job from twenty desks split across eight private offices with two restrooms.

So we look at the space, agree the scope, and quote one fixed price per visit. It stays the same each time, which makes it straightforward to budget for.

More frequent schedules cost less per visit, because an office cleaned three times a week never gets far from clean.

You get the price in writing alongside the scope.

For an ongoing contract with fixed pricing, a formal scope document, and cleaning logs, see janitorial services.

FAQs

Do you clean after business hours?

Yes, and that is how most office work is done. Evenings, early mornings, or weekends. Tell us when the office is empty.

Will you move things on desks?

No. Papers, files, laptops, and personal items stay exactly where they are. We dust monitors, wipe clear desk surfaces, and clean keyboards, mice, and phone handsets. Nothing is moved, tidied, or thrown away unless it is in a waste bin.

How often should an office be cleaned?

Two or three times a week suits most. Restrooms and the break room are what people notice, so if you need to economize, keep those frequent and reduce the rest rather than cutting everything back to weekly.

Do you restock the restroom and kitchen supplies?

Yes, from the stock you keep on site, and we tell you when something is running low.

We are hybrid. Can you clean only on the days we are in?

Yes. Tell us which days your team is in the office and we will schedule around them. There is no point paying to clean an empty room on a Monday.

Do you need a contract?

No. Plenty of clients book scheduled visits with no contract. If you want a written scope of work with fixed pricing, that is janitorial services.
