Regular cleaning for houses, condos, and apartments across Los Angeles. The same list of tasks every visit, so you always know what you are getting.
Book us weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Our cleaners are background-checked, trained, and insured, and we bring all the supplies and equipment with us. You do not need to be home.
Five subsections, five tasks each. This is the list we work to every visit.
Busy households. Two people working, kids at school, and no realistic chance of getting to the bathrooms on a Saturday. Most of our recurring clients fall here.
Apartments and condos. Smaller spaces still take time, and a lot of buildings in Los Angeles have no easy place to store a vacuum. We bring ours.
People who travel for work. You want the place clean when you land, not a job waiting for you. Recurring schedules work well here because they run whether you are in town or not.
Older adults and anyone who cannot manage it. Bathrooms, floors, and bending down are the hardest parts of housework. Those are the parts we do first.
We look at the property and ask what matters most to you. Then we put the scope in writing and give you a price. Square footage, number of bathrooms, condition, and pets all change how long a job takes, so we would rather see the place than guess.
Every room gets cleaned in the same order, starting high and finishing with the floor. There is a reason for that order. Dust falls downward. Clean the floor first and you have to clean it again.
Before the team leaves, one person walks the property and checks it against the written list. Anything missed gets fixed that day, not on the next visit.
There is no right answer, but there is a pattern.
Weekly suits families with children or pets, and anyone who works from home. The place never gets far from clean, so each visit is shorter and easier.
Every two weeks is what most of our clients choose. It keeps a home comfortable without paying for cleaning you do not need.
Monthly works for one or two people in a smaller place who tidy as they go. Be aware that a monthly clean takes longer per visit, because more has built up between them.
One-time is fine too. Some people book us before guests arrive, after a party, or once a season. If it has been a long time since the last professional clean, a deep clean is the better place to start.
Not sure? Start every two weeks. It is easy to move either way once you see how your home holds up.
Being straight about this now saves an awkward conversation later.
A standard clean is maintenance. It keeps a home the way it already is. It is not built to reach the things that take hours on their own:
All of that is covered by a deep clean. Most people book one deep clean to start, then keep it up with regular visits. That combination costs less over a year than repeated deep cleans.
If you want one or two of those tasks added to a regular visit, just ask. We will tell you what it adds to the time.
Most of our recurring clients are out when we clean. That is normal, and it is the point.
We work with keys, lockboxes, smart locks and keypad codes, and building fobs or front-desk sign-in. Whatever you already use, we will use.
This is also why background checks matter. Every cleaner we send is screened and trained before working alone, and the whole team is covered by our liability insurance. Ask us for proof of coverage and we will send it.
If you would rather be home for the first visit, that is a good idea. It gives you a chance to walk through what matters most to you, and it means the written scope reflects your home rather than a generic list.
Some people would rather not have a different person in their home every two weeks. If that is you, just ask. We will keep the same cleaner on your schedule.
It helps you and it helps us. Someone who has cleaned your home six times knows which cupboard the vacuum lives in, that the guest room is only used at Christmas, and that you would rather they left the desk alone. None of that fits on a task list.
If your cleaner is sick or on vacation, we will tell you before the visit and explain who is coming instead. You will not open the door to a stranger you were not expecting.
One price per visit, agreed before we start.
We quote based on the property, not the clock. Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and condition all matter. So does whether you have pets, and how often you want us.
Once it is set, the price stays the same each visit. You are not getting a different number every month, and you are not paying for hours you cannot check.
Recurring clients pay less per visit than one-off bookings, because a home that gets cleaned every two weeks takes less work than one cleaned twice a year.
You get the quote in writing along with the task list, so you can see exactly what the price covers.
Call or text (818) 616-0016 and tell us the size of your place and how often you want us. We will send you a price.
No. Most of our regular clients give us a key or a door code and are out while we work. If you want to be there for the first visit, that helps us understand your home, but it is not required after that.
Yes. Supplies, tools, and equipment all come with us. We can use eco-friendly and pet-safe products if you ask, or your own products if you prefer.
Yes, if that is what you want. Tell us and we will keep the same cleaner on your schedule. If that person is sick or away, we will let you know before the visit rather than sending someone new without warning.
It depends on the size and condition of the place. A one-bedroom apartment is usually one to one and a half hours. A two or three bedroom home is two to three hours. Larger homes take longer, and we will tell you the estimate before we start.
Tell us and we will come back to it. That is easier for everyone if you tell us the same day rather than at the next visit.
Yes. Let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have and how often you want us. We will send you a fixed price per visit and a written list of what it covers.
